Kraft Tissue Paper

Definition:
A printing technique where the image is engraved into a copper cylinder (plate). Ink fills the recessed areas and is transferred to the substrate under high pressure.

Common applications:

High-volume packaging (e.g., luxury boxes, cigarette packaging)

Features:

Metallic ink compatibility (gold/silver)

High cost: High setup cost (copper plate engraving fee)

Definition:
A planographic method using a pre-sensitized (PS) aluminum plate. The image and non-image areas are chemically differentiated, and ink is transferred via rubber blanket.

Short-to-medium print runs

Key features:

Low-cost PS plate production

Color restrictions: Limited metallic ink performance

Intaglio Printing
Gravure offers a great metallic color and clear printing effect. It is high in cost. This method is best for users who need to customize many thin papers or luxury products.

Lithography Printing
Lithography is flexible and works well with regular colors. It is not as clear as Intaglio Printing, but this does not affect its use. It is good for users who need to customize small amounts of thin paper, helping to save costs.
