Which color model do you adopt for printing?
We employ HEX, Pantone, and CMYK. You can define the color of your design by choosing the HEX color in our online creator. We also receive Pantone color codes for the actual printing process. For some of our digitally printed products such as custom stickers and cards, we will utilize CMYK printing. For more details about color models, please read our guide.

How do I start customizing my packaging?

What is the production lead time for custom packaging?
The production lead time will vary depending on the complexity and quantity of your order. Generally speaking, simple custom packaging orders are completed within 7-14 working days, and complex orders may take 2-3 weeks.
Can I modify the design during the customization process?
You can modify the design before production begins, but please fully communicate with our design team before confirming the final design.
